HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)

HACCPRand has operated to HACCP standards for over 6 years and achieved 3rd party accreditation (SAI Global) in February 2005. In February 2008 Rand successfully achieved re accreditation for a further 3 years for all sites and operations.

The HACCP plan covers all aspects of Rand's operations including transport, cold storage and PUD distribution and is reviewed on an annual basis to ensure that all processes and procedures are current and relevant.

The HACCP Plan identifies each step of Rand's operation, the potential hazards, the preventative measures, the critical control points, the monitoring procedures and the corrective action, recording and verification.
