The Rand "HACCP" Plan (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) was introduced to satisfy the needs of our customers and to improve overall performance, so that customers can be assured that all possible steps are being taken to safeguard their goods.

The HACCP Plan identifies each step of our operation, the potential hazards, preventative measures, critical control points, monitoring procedures, corrective action, recording and verification. It covers procedures for the collection of freight from the customer through to the Cold Storage and Distribution Centre and then onto its ultimate delivery to the receiver.

The plan has been passed by the Health Department and also by the local Council.

Trucksafe

"Trucksafe" Is an industry accreditation scheme whereby the road transport industry develops its own standards. The scheme sets our industry standards for health, maintenance management and training.

Our Trucksafe Industry Accreditation Entry Audit was performed by the Road Transport Forum, and we now proudly display the 'Trucksafe' logo on all our Company trailers and prime movers.
