When calling Rand to place a booking for your consignment, we ask
that the following information be supplied :
- Customer name
- Sender's Name and Address.
- Time and data of freight availability
- Receiver's name and address (Cold store address if applicable)
- Time and date (of booking into cold stores)
- Consignment and Order Number
- Number of pallets - and the type of pallet.
- Number of spaces.
- Gross weight.
- Temperature requirement dry / chiller / freezer
This information is necessary to ensure that your booking is
processed as efficiently as possible and also gives Rand the ability to
track your freight from pick-up to delivery.
